About Cat

Hi, I'm Cat. I have struggled with allergies and food intolerance most of my life. Several years ago I discovered that I was gluten intolerant and stopped eating gluten before I was tested for Coeliac Disorder. There was no way I was going back on gluten just to have Coeliac Disorder confirmed. When you realise you have Coeliac Disorder or Gluten intolerance it can be a shock and its a steep learning curve trying to figure out what you can eat and still have a balanced and enjoyable diet. The Gluten Free Resource Hub was created to help you navigate that journey.
